Mozart
Sonor Wines – the name for a new patent: Mozart and Co. are now played in the wine cellars of some wineries in NiederÖsterreich. The loud speakers are placed into the tanks so the sound waves (from classical as well as Polka music) get to manipulate the yeasts and the duration time of fermentation. Which leads to a different mouthfeel of the wine. No difference in relevance between artist/song and resulting wine have been investigated yet, as the procedure is new. So the Austrian press reports.
I always wondered how a wine tastes, that grew up with ‘Für Elise’!
Cheers!
